| Status: | Effective Friday, May 1, 2020 the County Clerk's office will resume services to walk-in customers with the following exceptions: Marriage Licenses will be issued at the McKinney location by appointment only. For more information on scheduling an appointment, please call us at 972-548-4163. For the health and safety of the public and our staff, the number of customers permitted in the office at one time will be limited. We encourage our customers to mail in requests for services such as birth certificates, death certificates, certified copies and assumed names. These requests are typically processed and returned to the customer within 1 to 2 business days. Services at the Plano location will remain suspended until further notice. |
